Muntinlupa LGU defends Muhlach family: “Parang we are discriminating people from availing the vaccine”

An official of Muntinlupa City explained that actor Aga Muhlach and his family are all suffering from medical issues, making them qualified to be vaccinated. The Department of the Interior and Local Government (DILG) is seeking an explanation from the Muntinlupa City government regarding the vaccination of celebrity couple.

In a Facebook post, public information office chief of Muntinlupa City Tez Navarro clarified that Aga and his family complied with all the requirements and even queued and waited for their turn to be vaccinated.

“Actually Aga is a resident of Muntinlupa, registered at Muncovac, was texted for thier schedule, they fall under A3 with Medcert issued by thier Doctors, (private), they followed step by step till the end.” said Navarro on his Facebook post.

“Nagtataka po ako bakit sila ay napansin samantalang, 50% ng taga Ayala ay artista, politician at iba sa kanla ay nagpabakuna na rin under Muncovac at may pa picture din. Lahat po ay pwede magpabakuna bastat sumunod sa patakaran. At yun din naman ang ginawa nila Aga and others.” added Navarro.

“Parang we are discriminating people from availing the vaccine., dahil sa artista sila. We have to be inclusive, sabi nga WE HEAL AND RECOVER AS ONE.” ended Navarro.
