Film producer Neil Arce penned a sweet message to his wife, Kapamilya star Angel Locsin as she celebrated her 37th birthday.
In his Instagram account, Neil shared a sweet photo of him with his wife, Angel. In the said photo, Angel was seen holding Neil on his face as she amusingly and lovingly looked at him. It appeared that the said photo was taken during their vacation at a beach.
Neil also expressed his love and admiration to Angel as he greeted her on her special day. According to Neil, despite the many things that Angel has been doing, Angel is still the best on being his wife.

In the comment section, Angel can’t help but react as she expressed her love to her husband.
