Gilas Pilipinas just made headlines after the team got recently involved in a full-blown brawl against the Australian basketball team during the FIBA World Cup Asian Qualifiers game.
However, after the intense commotion where punches and kicks were thrown by players against each other, Marc Pingris managed to take a selfie together with the rest of the Gilas players and posted it on Instagram.

The photo which he captioned “Lalaban kami #puso” has already been deleted from his accounts but netizens could not help but react.
On Twitter, netizens expressed their opinion over Marc’s selfie with the team dubbed as “selfie muna bago maeject” photo.
Just so you know, Marc Pingris did that to cool the guys' heads. Not to taunt.

And Marc Pingris did probably one of the most nakakahiya things ever. When has a selfie ever pacified a situation? Man the lack of morals of so many people shocks me and at the same time I have come to expect it.
