Talent manager and comedian Ogie Diaz reacted to a post made by former broadcaster Jay Sonza’s concerning the ambush story of actress Kim Chiu. Sonza stated that the shooting incident involving the actress was a ‘isang malaking drawing.’
“sa mga beterano at batikang journo, iyong ‘kim ambush story’ ay isang malaking DRAWING.” Sonza posted.

On his Facebook page, Ogie reacted to those who are saying that the incident was fake by posting the following:
“Sa nagsasabing gawa-gawa lang ang ambush ke Kim Chiu, don’t owrry, susuweldo pa din kayo sa a-kinse kahit di kayo gumawa ng fake news.”
