CNN Philippines broadcast journalist Pinky Webb flipped her hair during an interview with Presidenial Spokesperson Harry Roque regarding the controversial repeal of the 1989 UP-DND Accord.
During the news program ‘The Source’, Pinky read a “challenge” tweet ny UP journalism professor Danny Arao:
“CHALLENGE: UP faculty and alumni who are Duterte’s top-level officials should denounce Lorenzana’s letter terminating the 1989 accord. This disregards everything that UP stands for. Should they remain silent, a six-word question: Where is your honor and excellence?”

Pinky then asked Roque to react and comment on the said tweet. Roque did reply but said the question was a bit unfair. During the discussion, Pinky simply flipped her hair which trended on Twitter.
“Hair flip is life. Pero baka ponytail muna bukas.”
