Sorsogon Governor Francis “Chiz” Escudero said that President Rodrigo Duterte has the power to reverse the decision of the National Telecommunication Commission (NTC) in its decision ordering ABS-CBN to shutdown its operation.
The francise of ABS-CBN expired last May 4, 2020.
