Actor and Ormoc City Mayor Richard Gomez penned a heartfelt message for his daughter, Juliana as she celebrated her 21st birthday.
In his Instagram account, Richard posted a mesmerizing photo of her daughter, Juliana as he greeted her on her special day. Richard also expressed his admiration and love to his daughter as he penned a heartfelt birthday message for her. Richard also reminded Juliana that he and Leyte 4th district representative Lucy Torres-Gomez will always love her.
