Former COMELEC Commissioner Rowena Guanzon tells the management of Miss Universe Philippines not to hire the host who keeps on shouting. People thought Ms. Guanzon was referring to actor and TV host Alden Richards.
Alden was criticized by netizens because of his hosting style. They described it as if Alden was angry and was asking he was shouting.
On Twitter, Guanzon said: “Sino ba yong male emcee sa Ms Universe Philippines na sigaw ng sigaw ? Dont hire him again. Nakakainis ang boses.”
It turns out Guanzon was not aware that one of the emcees was Alden who she admire on the movie “Hello, Love, Goodbye” as Ethan.
“Oh si Alden pala yon? I am a Kathryn Bernardo fan and enjoyed Hello love goodbye.” tweeted Guanzon.
On another post, it seems Guanzon was referring to Tim Yap and not Alden.
