Former Commission on Elections (COMELEC) Commissioner Atty. Rowena Guanzon narrated what transpired regarding the video that went viral where she was seen shouting at a couple in a mall in Makati.
Guanzon said she was asked to leave the mall after she coughed.
“Di naman pwedeng palampasin yon. kapag inaalipusta ka na. Dini-defend ko nga yung ibang tao pag ginaganun sila, sarili ko pa kaya,” started Guanzon in a video post she uploaded on Faceboo.
You’re coughing, you should leave the mall. You should stay at home. Napahiya talaga ako dun sa ginawa nung taong iyon. Sabihan ka ba naman, ‘Don’t you have money to buy a mask?’. Grabe naman. Bawal pala sa kanya kahit umubo ka lang minsan,” Guanzon added.
“Obviously, hindi siya taga dun. Later we found out na hindi talaga sila taga doon. You have violated my right to privacy and that is a criminal offense,” Guanzon said.
“Nagreklamo po talaga ako sa police and filed a case for unjust vexation and grave oral defamation last night” said Guanzon.
