Actress and comedian Rufa Mae Quinto admitted that it was hard for her to adjust in her life in America.
In an episode of ‘Tunay na Buhay’ hosted by Pia Archangel, Rufa was featured for a virtual interview. During the interview, Rufa opened up about her life in the US. Rufa also talked about her struggles on adjusting. Rufa shared that she misses the Showbiz industry in the Philippines.
“Oo, miss na miss ko talaga, grabe… tuwing naghuhugas ako ng plato, sasabihin ko, ‘After everything I’ve done, sumikat ako sa Philippines, nakapagpundar… Ito lang ba ang bagsak ko? Maghugas ng plato?’…Hirap na hirap ako nu’ng una. Umiiyak-iyak pa ako… End of the world na para sa akin nu’ng una ako dito.” Rufa shared.
“Ngayon naman na-adjust ko na… Sabi ko, okey na rin to. Nakikita ng anak ko yong tunay na buhay, di ba?” Rufa added.
