Actress and comedian Rufa Mae Quinto hilariously shared her plans to run in the Philippine Senate in the future.
In the latest ‘Toni Talks’ episode of actress and TV host Toni Gonzaga on her YouTube channel, she featured Rufa for an interview. During the interview, Rufa opened up about her personal life.
After she shared what she doesn’t miss in the Showbiz Industry, Rufa jokingly quipped about running as a senator in the future.
“Gusto ko na nga ring tumakbo sa senate e.” Rufa laughingly said.
“Bakit ka tatakbo ng senate?” Toni asked.
“Hindi, joke lang. Hindi pero parang, alam mo yun, kung walang-wala nang maaasahan kasi parang maubos na ang, sino na kaya talaga ang okay? Rufa shared.
“So hindi mo nakikita ang sarili mong mag-politics?” Toni clarified.
“Hindi ko sinasabing hindi, pero kung walang wala na… walang wala ng tatakbo at maasaha, siyempre naman, mahal ko din naman ang tao…” Rufa laughingly said.
