Singer actress Sarah Geronimo indeed is now part of the Guidicelli family as the popstar princess joined in the birthday celebration of Matteo’s sister Giorgia. It may not be the first time Sarah was with the Matteo family but it was the first time she’s celebrating with the family as a Guidicelli.
