Sen Francis ‘Kiko’ Pangilinan questions the sworn statement of couple Sarah and Curlee Discaya, who attended the hearing on flood control controversy.
Sarah and Curlee named the people allegedly behind the whole flood control budgets.
On Facebook, Sen. Kiko expressed his concern about the sworn affidavit of the Discayas:
“2016 pa sila sa flood control projects pero mula lang 2022 ang mga pinangalanan.
Hindi maaring ‘edited o photoshopped’ ang inyong sworn statement. Hindi puede ang cover up. Dapat ay the WHOLE truth. Hindi puede sa witness protection ang cover up.
Ang sinungaling ay kapatid ng magnanakaw.”
