Senator Antonio Trillanes IV was arrested by the Makati PNP and has submitted booking procedures on Tuesday, September 25, making him the second senator from the opposition being arrested during President Rodrigo Duterte’s term.

It can be recalled that President Duterte revoked Trillanes’ amnesty granted by former president Noynoy Aquino after his involvement in the 2003 Oakwood mutiny and the 2007 Manila Peninsula siege.
