Senator Vicente ‘Tito’ Sotto and Helen Gamboa celebrated their 48th wedding anniversary. The love story of the two were like fairy tale – Helen was a beauty queen and a big star while Tito then was a record producer and a recording artist.
It was a love at first sight and the two decided to elope back in September 1969. And the rest is history.
