Megastar Sharon Cuneta expressed her thoughts and opinions over the rising COVID-19 cases in the country.
It can be recalled that last March 22, 2021, the Philippines reported its highest daily COVID-19 case at 8,019.
Sharon took to her Instagram account to express her sentiments. According to Sharon, she cannot turn a ‘blind eye’ anymore because what’s happening nowadays is a serious matter. Sharon also reminded her fans and followers to follow the safety protocols.
“I cannot turn a blind eye to what is happening to us. Hindi na biro ito. Hindi na nakakatawa. We need genuine concern and love – and ACTION from the people who should be giving them to us, apart from each other. God help us. God bless the Philippines.
Please stay safe, take care of yourselves, stay home if you don’t have to go out. If you do go out please follow all health protocols. Let us wear our masks, keep social distancing, wash our hands and constantly apply alcohol or sanitizer.
Ingatan po natin ang ating mga sarili, hindi lang para tayo ay di mahawa sa iba kundi para po kahit na di natin alam ay baka makahawa din po tayo. Let’s look out for one another. God bless us all” Sharon wrote.
