Kapuso star Solenn Heussaff revealed that she has been suffering from De Quervains Synovitis for 5 months already.
Solenn took to her Instagram story to share the said revelation. According to mayoclinic.org, De Quervains Synovitis is ‘a painful condition affecting the tendons on the thumb side of your wrist.’
Solenn also shared that she is forced to use her left hand.
“Wake up early because of the pain I get from my Dequervains Synovitis. It’s been 5 months and it sucks.”
“Also, being forced to use my left hand during this times has made me realize how unfriendly everyday things are to left handed people haha”
“Yes, I have tried hand exercises, dry needling, thumb splint. Giving it 2 more weeks and will take the injection of steroids on affected as everyone recos.”
“I never thought I would say this: I miss push ups and burpees lol” Solenn wrote.
