Fans and followers of “It’s Showtime” Stephanie “Stephen” Robles were moved after Stephen narrated the reason why she suddenly left her stint with the popular noontime show. Stephen was beginning to be a household name after being part of “It’s Showtime” dancers and then became the love interest of program co-host Ryan Bang.
In a vlog entry, Stephen said everything changed after her brother got sick of cancer. She admitted that it was her brother who was bringing her to ABS-CBN and taking her home. Since her brother got sick, Stephen said she had to commute from Las Pinas to Quezon City every day.
The passing of her brother took its toll and Stephen experienced depression.
“Parang bumasag ‘yung langit at lupa sa’kin nung nalaman ko. Kasi syempre, hindi ka makapag-focus sa trabaho mo kasi ganun, pero syempre kailangan mo maging matatag,” she said.”
