Senate President Vicente ‘Tito’ Sotto shared that President Rodrigo Duterte already agreed that face shields should only be used in hospitals. The clamor from the general public for the lifting of requiring Filipinos to wear face shields when in public has been rising.
Of course, the idea of wearing a face shield is to act as an additional protection for the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic.
On Twitter, Senator Sotto posted the following:
