The Voice Teens declared Cydel Gabutero, Issang Manalapaz, Heart Salvador and Kendra Aguirre grand champions for its Season 2. Heart belongs to Kamp Kawayan, Cydel belongs to Team FamiLea, Isang belongs to Team Apl, and Kendra belongs Team Sarah.
Each winner won Php500,000 and a house and lot each as prizes in the competition.
This is the first time in The Voice Philippines history that four winners were declared as grand champions.
