Angelica Panganiban, Bea Alonzo, and Richard Gutierrez pulled off a good start for their film Unbreakable’ after it earned an opening-day gross of P9,716,024.55 last November 27.
Star Cinema announced the good news on Instagram, sharing how the film earned the said amount after being screened in over 200 cinemas nationwide.

‘Unbreakable’ directed by Mae Cruz-Alviar tells the story of two friends Mariel (Bea) and Deena (Angelica) who vowed to stick together. However, Justin (Richard) enters in the picture which tested the supposedly unbreakable friendship of Mariel and Deena.
On Instagram, Angelica and Bea earlier exchanged sweet messages for each other as they looked back at their friendship throughout the years.
Angelica wrote: “Dear Mami Mariel,
Ilang araw na lang mula ngayon, makikilala na tayo ng mundo. Tinupad ng Diyos ang pangarap natin na, makatrabaho ang isa’t isa. Hindi man sa pinaka madaling paraan,, pero nangyari. NANGYAYARI NA. Katulad na lang noon, na hindi tayo makapag hintay na makatrabaho ang isa’t isa, hindi rin tayo makapag hintay ngayon na makilala nila tayo. Sa hindi din nila inaasahang journey ng maturity na meron tayo ngayon.
Hindi tayo maghihiwalay. Hindi tayo masisira. Kaibigan kita habang buhay. Walang makakasira satin. I love you mami bei @beaalonzo

Bea meanwhile wrote in her Instagram post dedicated for Angelica: “Mameee!! Mamaya na ang premiere night! Finally, natupad na ang pangarap kong makatrabaho ka sa pelikula! More than anything, I am most excited to see Mariel and Deena tell their story on the big screen. Salamat sa pagkakataon Angge. Thank you for the gift of friendship 🙏🏻❤️😭 @iamangelicap.”
