Former Batangas Rep. Vilma Santos Recto will try to reclaim her old post as governor of Batangas while her son Luis Manzano will be running for vice governor.
Her other son Ryan Christian Recto will be running for congressman of Batangas 6th district.
The three filed their respective certificates of candidacies before the local Commission on Elections last October 3 and were accompanied by Department of Finance Secretary Ralph Recto and Luis’ wife, actress Jessie Mendiola.
