Vice President and Presidential aspirant Leni Robredo answered the call of Senator Manny Pacquiao to set aside politics for the meantime and work together to provide assistance to the victims of Typhoon Odette.
“Magsama-sama tayo upang tulungan ang ating mga kababayan na nasalanta ng bagyo. Now is the time to come together as one. Tulungan natin sila,” tweeted Manny Pacquiao.
VP Leni replied and tweeted the following: “Joining you in this call, Sen Manny”
Senator Pacquaio acknowleded the respond of VP Leni and said “Thank you VP Leni. Lets begin coordinating our efforts, we already prepared cargo planes so we can mobilize and respond quickly.”
To which VP Leni replied: “Thank you, Sen🙏🙏Our team will get in touch with yours.”
