WATCH: Carla Abellana bursts into tears after losing her dog Sunny

Tom also gave an update about Sunny’s condition as he shared how the dog has undergone shock.

He wrote: “Please please help us pray for this little fighter… we are here at the hospital and he is currently going into shock…”

Carla earlier asked for prayers for sunny through her Instagram account after her dog was confined in the hospital.

Dear friends, family, relatives, loved ones, fans and followers… Please help me pray for my SUNNY who is currently confined for multiple illnesses. It’s hard enough seeing him so weak, with no appetite and barely any energy to get up and walk; it’s even harder leaving him behind at the animal hospital, not knowing for sure if he’ll get better anytime soon. I’ve been praying hard for God to heal him so i can bring him home already, but the complications that may rise from his “dialysis” are terrifying and could leave him sick for the rest of his life. Despite this, i am hopeful and i strongly believe in the power of prayer. I trust the vets treating him and i trust God more. Please say a quick prayer for him now? ??
