Actor Cesar Montano has been gaining attention on social media because of his viral greeting video to a politician where a seemingly naked woman appeared in the background.
However, the actor seemed to downplay the issue as he spoofed his viral video with a new greeting for Kapuso broadcaster Arnold “Igan” Clavio for his birthday.

Igan shared Cesar’s greeting video on his Instagram account where he said: “Konsehal Igan, happy birthday! Wag mong kakalimutan na mayroong Buboy na nagmamahal sa’yo. God bless you, more power! Sorry walang background, ha!”
