After the ‘taho’ incident went viral online, 23-year-old Chinese national Zhang Jiale was arrested by the Bureau of Immigration (BI) in Mandaluyong City Police Station on Tuesday, February 12.
In a video shared by News5 on Facebook, Jiale was seen getting hysterical while being nabbed by the authorities from BI.
