WATCH: Mural nina Leni at Kiko itinayo sa Katipunan

A mural of presidential aspirant Leni Robredo and her running mate Francis ‘Kiko’ Pangilinan was setup along Katipunanm Quezon City. The 60 feet mural showed a huge portrait of Leni and Kiko with the preamble of the Philippine Constitution written all over it.

The said portrait was created by fine arts students from different universities and colleges showing support to the candidacy of VP Leni.

VP Leni attended the official unveiling of the mural, as well as the inauguration of the volunteer center beside it.

In a Facebook post, VP Leni thanked and commended the bayanihan spirit of the volunteer artists for their support:

“Maraming salamat sa lahat ng nagkaisa upang mabuo ito—mula sa artist volunteers na gumawa ng ating mga mural, hanggang buhos ng supporters para ipakita ang tunay nilang lakas. Gaano pa kahirap ang laban na ating hinaharap, basta magkakasama tayo at buong-pusong nagkakaisa, sabay-sabay tayong hahakbang patungo sa pinapangarap nating magandang bukas!”

“Talagang nag-aalab ang bayanihan spirit mula sa mga volunteer artists natin, na kaisa natin sa pagpapalaganap ng ating mensahe ng pag-asa. Nagpapasalamat tayo sa oras, panahon, at talento ng mga artists na nakikiisa sa atin. Patunay po ito na pagmamahal ang magpapanalo sa atin sa laban nating ito.”
