TV hosts Tito Sotto, Vic Sotto and Joey De Leon popularly known as TVJ sang the opening song that has been familiar to every household – “E.A.T. BULAGA.”
This after the Intellectual Property Office (IPO) has canceled the trademark registration of Television and Production Exponents, Inc. or TAPE Inc. in as far as the ‘Eat Bulaga’ trademark is concerned.
According to the IPO, TAPE Inc. failed to prove how they came up with the EAT BULAGA mark.
Everyone got excited during the December 5 episode of E.A.T., when TVJ and the DABARKADS sang their signature opening song – and this time they can now attached or mention the word ‘BULAGA’ after their victory.
