Actress Ellen Adarna is reportedly set to give birth anytime soon and some netizens were able to spot her with John Lloyd Cruz in a Chinese hospital in Cebu.
In photos posted on Facebook, Ellen who was wearing a black shirt and black tights with her already big baby bump was spotted visiting her gynecologist with John Lloyd in Chong Hua Hospital.
