Kris Aquino’s camp says Nicko Facis is facing two standing warrants of arrest

Kris Aquino shared her last post about her ongoing legal battle where she posted a video of her lawyer, Atty Enrique Dela Cruz, who will be giving updates regarding the ongoing cases.

In the video, Atty. Dela Cruz revealed that Kris’ former business manager Nicko Falcis is currently facing two standing warrants of arrest— one for credit card fraud in Taguig Regional Trial Court, and another for estafa in Metropolitan Trial Court also in Taguig City.

According to Atty. Dela Cruz, Nicko filed motion for re-investigation for both cases but did not attend the hearing.

MTC then declared that Nicko’s motion for re-investigation has been denied and that he needs to surrender and post bail.

Kris, meanwhile, said that it will be her last post about her legal battles as she does not want the cases to become a “trial by publicity, social media, or followers.”
