Former beauty queen Precious Lara Quigaman is now a mom of two adorable boys as she gave birth to her second baby Tobias on Monday night, September 17.
In her Instagram account, Lara shared a photo of her while holding her baby boy as her husband Marco Alcaraz and their first child Noah welcomed the newest addition to their family.
