After being found guilty beyond reasonable doubt for violating the Anti-Bouncing Checks Law, Xian Gaza still expressed his hopes of going on a date with actress Erich Gonzales before he gets imprisoned.
In his Facebook post, Xian wrote a message for the actress whom she asked for a date one year after his billboard proposal went viral.

He wrote: “Erich Gonzales, one year na yung coffee date billboard ko on Sunday July 1… baka naman pwede mo ng pagbigyan yung kape natin bago man lang ako makulong oh? Nyealamat.
Umaasa, XIAN GAZA.”
Xian was sentenced for 5 years and 6 months imprisonment, ₱2,180,000.00 fine plus legal interests and costs after violating the mentioned law.
