Businesswoman Neri Naig-Miranda in her desire to really help her followers including other netizens to better their life decided to distribute vegetable seeds for them to grow at their own backyard.
Neri posted a PhP 1,000 a week meal plan and she was bashed for the post because there are some who say that the 1K budget is ‘unrealistic.’
Neri apologized for not making herself clear. Neri forgot to include in her post that she gets her vegetable from her own farm.

In her Facebook post, Neri offered to give vegetable seeds to her followers:
“Ang dami kong vegetable seeds! Sinong may gusto? Kahit walang bakuran, pwede magtanim sa paso.
Dali, mamimigay ako ng mga seeds! Para mabawasan ang stress ng mga nagba-budget sa bahay. Kung pwede rin sana mga eggs namin sa farm kaso baka mabasag pagdating sa inyo eh.

Mahalaga na matuto na magakaroon ng edible garden lalo na nung naexperience natun ang pandemya. Maaaring may advantage ako kase may bakuran kami. Pero kung may kahit maliit na space sa bakuran o veranda nyo, pwede po magtanim sa paso o sa mga water containers. Maraming paraan sa mga taong madiskarte.”
The post was greeted with overwhelming response from netizens and Neri thought of something to assist them more – by giving 1K to those who needs it the most.
