The Philippine Federation of the Deaf rejected the apology issued by Presidential Communications Assistant Secretary Mocha Uson over a sign language video. The group instead will file a complaint against Asec Mocha for supposedly making fun of sign language with blogger Andrew Olivar.
The Commission on Human Rights (CHR) will also investigae Asec. Mocha and Andrew’s sign language video “to protect the rights of the vulnerable sector.”
