Miss Universe Philippines 2020 Rabiya Mateo shared a promise she made to her boyfriend Neil Salvacion for 6 years. Rabiya added that they have together since college and her first boyfriend since college.
In an interview with Dyan Castillejo for ABS-CBN News, Rabiya also revealed that Neil made her promise something if in case she wins the Miss Univese Philippines crown.
“He made me promise not to leave him even if I win the Miss Universe Philippines crown. I have a video stating that! He made me do that.” said Rabiya.
Rabiya described Neil as someone who is very supportive and is a registered nurse.
