Kapamilya star Anne Curtis sent a message to her bashers over her remark amid the rising cases of COVID-19. It can be recalled that last April 2, 2021, the Philippines reported 15,310 new COVID-19 cases including a backlog of 3,709 cases.
Anne took to her Twitter account to express her thoughts and concerns as she tweeted:
“This is quite alarming. Specially knowing that not everyone can/has gotten tested. 😭
So what is the plan? What are the next steps? I would like to think that everyone understands we have to take the necessary precautions to stay safe.. but..”
“it would be nice to be given more light on what is to happen while waiting for vaccines to arrive.. so with what hope we have left we can work together as a nation…” Anne added.
The said tweets from Anne caught the attention of netizens as they expressed mix reactions. Some netizens expressed their dismay towards Anne and made negative remarks.
Anne addressed her bashers as she tweeted:
