The root of the thread starts when Locsin made a stand about a video tagging her which shows a mother asking for help to be accommodated by the hospital. “Is this true? The hospital might have a reason. Though, every person has the right to health care w/o discrimination. If a person can’t be given immediate treatment ,he shall be directed to wait for care or be referred to other capable medical facility for appropriate treatment.”
