Action drama queen Angel Locsin expressed her appreciation to a fan who actually had her face permanently inked on her back and even offered to meet her in person.
In her Instagram stories, Angel shared a photo of the tattoo showing her face and shared her delight upon seeing the artwork inked on her fan’s skin.

Last June, Angel and Neil Arce announced their engagement on social media. Later, Angel’s best friend Dimples Romana revealed in one of her television guesting that Neil proposed to the ‘The General’s Daughter’ star on Father’s Day.
