Department of Health Secretary Francisco Duque went on self-quarantine just to be safe if he is infected by the COVID-19 virus. Sec. Duque has been in the frontline in solving anf preventing the spread of the said virus and it is but natural that he will be exposed.
COVID-19 cases in the Philippines are rising and there are still people in observation as to whether they have contacted the virus or not.
