Joseph ‘Erap’ Estrada has aired his reaction over Manila Mayor Isko Moreno in clearing out Manila, including the garbage and the vendors scattered in parts of the city.
In his interview in ’24 Oras’, the former Manila mayor said that clearing out the vendors is easy, but he could not do it during his term until new jobs could be provided for them.

He said: “Hindi ko kayang gawin iyon hanggang walang kapalit na hanapbuhay sila.”
“Kayang kaya, utusan mo lang ang pulis tsaka bumbero, orderan mo lang iyan madali lang iyon. Pero isipin mo naman yung damage na kawawa naman yung mga mahihirap, dun lang umaasa ng pangkain nila. Sabi ko nga, hungry stomach knows no law,” he added.
