Comedienne Ethel Booba gave her reaction over Presidential spokesperson Salvador Panelo’s statement regarding the reported “mass transport crisis” following the recent suspension of operations in some stations along LRT 2 and the heavy traffic being experienced in different parts of the country.
On Twitter, Ethel aired her reaction over Panelo’s statement, saying that there is no mass transport crisis being experienced.

Ethel re-posted a quote from Panelo, saying: “Ano bang crisis? Nakakasakay naman sila ah.”
She then tagged her co-comedienne Rufa Mae Quinto and wrote: “Besh

Ethel’s post drew reactions from netizens as some share the same sentiments as her.
One user wrote: “Eto n yata ang gobyernong wala ng ngawa kundi magbigay problema sa taumbayan at hayaan lng n walang solusyon. San ka nakakita ng administration n sabay sabay ang crisis. Mapa-kalusugan, agrikultural, edukasyon, employment, transportation at kung anu-ano p.”
Another user wrote: “Hahahahahaha. Iba talaga ang administration ngayon, karamihan sknila clown! 😂”
Panelo said in a previous press briefing that there is no transportation crisis as commuters can still get rides.
He said: “Nakakarating pa naman ang mga dapat makarating sa kanilang dapat papuntahan. May solusyon naman dun, if you want to arrive early (at) your destination, then you go there earlier.”
