Kapamilya actor Gerald Anderson took time to thank people who are important to him, most especially his mother Evangeline Opsima as he welcomes the new year.
On his Instagram account, Gerald dedicated a post for his mom where he expressed his love for her, mentioning how he dedicates his life to giving back to her and everything she has done for him.

Gerald wrote alongside a photo of him and his mom during their out of the country trip: “She gave me life.. So i dedicate my life to making sure i make up for everything she has done for me.. She is not perfect, just like me or anyone walking this planet.. But we only have one mama.. So i Go Hard every day for her 👊🏻”
It can be remembered that Gerald’s mother earlier made it to the headlines after she gave a statement regarding her son’s break up with Bea Alonzo.
She said as she gave her message to Gerald following the controversies he was involved in: “I’m sorry RJ, I know you’re going to get mad to Mama. I think, son, it’s time to voice out anong naramdaman ko, saan nasasaktan si Mama.”
