The Golden State Warriors is up for their 5th consecutive NBA finals as they won against the Portland Trail Blazers, 119-117, with a 4-0 sweep in the Western conference finals.
In a report by cbssports.com, the Warriors led by Stephen Curry with 37 points, 13 rebounds and 11 assists, and Draymond Green with 18 points, 14 rebounds and 11 assists made history for being the first teammates in to record triple-doubles in the same game.

Meanwhile, the Warriors also made a historic NBA achievement for being the second franchise to advance to five consecutive NBA Finals.
The 2019 NBA Finals will begin on May 30.
