Iya Villania lifts weights a week before reaching 7th month of pregnancy

However, despite keeping up with her gym sessions with a baby bump, Iya advised pregnant women who work out to pay attention to their body as she shared another work out video of her experiencing “coning” while doing some pull ups which she said is not a good sign.

She wrote: “So today is the day…

I now have to lay-off the pull-ups… and substitute them for ring rows instead.

The video you’re about to see is what you need to watch out for pre/post pregnancy! ‘CONING’ is not good and is a sign that you need to find an alternative movement 🙂 Listen and pay attention to your body, mamas!”

Iya later explained that the condition does not affect the baby and that moms just have to recover from it after giving birth.
