Kapamilya actress Iza Calzado opened up about her plans of having a baby following her wedding with husband Ben Wintle last 2018.
While she has been receiving questions about their baby plans, Iza shared that she hopes to get pregnant by the end of next year and also revealed that she has frozen her egg cells.

Iza said during her interview in the late night show ‘Tonight With Boy Abunda’: “This is my body, these are my choices and you have to respect it. But sometimes, people, of course they come from a place of ‘concern’. Mape-pressure at mape-pressurepa rin.”
“Like I said, I’m working through a lot pa so I’m actually not even mentally and emotionally ready. Physically, I’m ready. Just a few more things, but I think I’m getting there so hopefully by end of next year.”
Iza also admitted that she has decided to freeze her eggs, saying: “I have said it, that I have frozen my embryo.”
When asked if they are going for surrogacy, Iza answered: “Not immediately. What if I actually like it? Because I’m actually not that young anymore. It’s because of the age and it’s a security thing for me. It’s a choice.”
