Nicardo “Nicko” Falcis II personally arrived at the Office of the City Prosecutor in Manila together with his lawyer Regidor A. Ponferrada on Thursday morning, January 3 to submit his counter-affidavit against Kris Aquino’s case filed against him.
In a report by Pep.ph, Nicko referred to Kris Aquino’s complaint as “false, baseless and malicious” based on his sworn counter-affidavit.

He stated: “With as much integrity as truth, I vehemently deny and refute all of her allegations against me as set forth in her Complaint-Affidavit because her allegations are false, baseless and malicious.
I am innocent of the charges which Aquino has filed against me.
“I would like to emphasize that Aquino’s allegations against me are false and without basis.”
