Actor Patrick Garcia got a birthday surprise from his wife, Nikka Martinez and their three daughters, Chelsea, Patrice and Francisca Pia.
In his Instagram account, Patick posted a photo of him with his family. The photo was taken during his 39th surprise birthday celebration.

In a separate post of his wife, Nikka on her Instagram account, she also posted several photos taken during the said occasion. She also penned a sweet and simple message to Patick. Nikka wrote:
