Former Solicitor General Florin “Pilo” Hilbay joined the call to arrest Overseas Workers Welfare Administration (Owwa) deputy administrator Margaux “Mocha” Uson for violating the “Bayanihan to Heal as One Act.”
Hilbay’s reaction was based on a post made by Uson regarding the delivery of 15,000 personal protective equipment (PPE) acquired by DoH. Netizens claimed that the photo used on the story was from SM Foundation. Uson has already apologized for the what she calls “misleading content.”
