On Friday, March 20, Quezon City Mayor Joy Belmonte has addressed the negative criticisms of her government’s measures amidst the lockdown in Luzon to avoid further outbreak of the COVID-19 virus.
“To those who hate me, you are under no obligation to accept any of my projects [such as] housing, education, healthcare, social benefits,” Belmonte wrote on her Facebook post. “That means there will be more for those who truly have faith in me as their leader.”
