Regal Entertainment, the oldest surviving movie studio in the Philippines, recently announced that it donated one million pesos towards the fight against the coronavirus through the ABS-CBN Network.
“It is in our extreme consciousness to be able to help our fellow Filipinos in this time of crisis. Let’s all fill love for each other and positivity to overcome this crisis.” the Twitter caption reads.

Institutions, organisations, and citizens across the Philippines have united with the government to help fight the spread of COVID-19. As of writing, the disease has infected over 552 people in the country, with 35 deaths and 20 recoveries.
